MAE student Javad Sovizi has received the 2013 Best Student Robotics Paper Award for his paper titled A Random Matrix Approach to Analyzing Manipulator Jacobians to be presented at 2013 ASME Dynamic Systems and Control Conference. This award will be presented at the upcoming conference and comprises a certificate and cash award ($750).
